Delete your Headora account

You can delete your Headora account here, without the app installed. Deletion is permanent.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (e-mail and password)
  • All active sessions — you will be signed out on every device
  • Chat history
  • Project memory (your vector memory profile)
  • Uploaded documents, generated images and videos, and your showcase publications
  • Push-notification devices and personal top-up links

What is kept

  • Payment records and accounting documents — to the extent and for the period required by law. They do not contain the content of your chats.
  • Unused Energy is forfeited when the account is deleted.

Want a refund for unused Energy? Write to support@headora.ai before deleting — the refund procedure is described in section 5 of the Public Offer.

Delete account

Confirm the account is yours: we will send a one-time code to the e-mail of your Headora account. It works for any account — whether you sign in with a code, Google, Apple or a password.
