1.Description of the Service and Content Rights
1.1.The Headora.ai platform provides content generation tools — text, images and video — based on AI models from the world’s leading developers. The list of available models and types of generation is published in the Service catalog and may be expanded.
1.2.Rights to generated content. The Company does not claim rights to text responses, program code, images and videos obtained by the User in the Service, and does not charge royalties for their use. The User may use them for commercial purposes, publish and monetize them, subject to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the terms of use of the respective AI model.
2.Safety Rules and Prohibited Content
2.1.The User is prohibited from using Headora.ai tools to:
- create malware or viruses or carry out cyberattacks;
- generate false information (fakes) or defamation (slander) of citizens or officials of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- create deepfakes (photo, video, voice) of real people without their explicit written consent that violate the right to one’s image and private life;
- generate pornographic content, scenes of violence or cruelty, or materials inciting interethnic, interreligious or social discord.
3.Trademarks and Intellectual Property
3.1.The names “Headora” and “Headora.ai”, logos, interface design elements of the Website and the mobile application, as well as the platform’s program code are the intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized copying of interface elements or platform code is prosecuted in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
