1.Why these rules exist
1.1.This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) is part of the Terms of Service. It describes what you must not do with Headora. Model developers have their own rules, which also apply.
1.2.The Policy covers requests, uploaded files and photos, Outputs and showcase publications — whether or not anyone other than you sees them.
2.Always prohibited
2.1.You must not create, upload, request or distribute:
- any material depicting child sexual abuse or sexualising minors (including drawn or AI-generated material). We report such cases to the competent authorities;
- intimate or sexual images of a real person without their consent, including “undressing” someone from a photo;
- deepfakes — realistic photos, video or voice of a real person — presented as genuine, misleading, or harmful to their honour, dignity or reputation, without their consent;
- content that incites hatred or hostility on grounds of nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristics, calls for violence, or justifies terrorism or extremism;
- threats, harassment, stalking, or publishing other people’s personal data (address, documents, phone number) without consent;
- promotion of or instructions for self-harm and suicide;
- instructions for making weapons of mass destruction (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear), explosives, or for committing serious crimes;
- fraud: phishing, fake documents, receipts and reviews, impersonating a person or organisation, pyramid schemes;
- malware, exploits, and tools for hacking or attacking other people’s systems;
- election manipulation campaigns: disinformation about how to vote, fake materials in the name of candidates or authorities, mass coordinated posting;
- material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights;
- spam and bulk messaging;
- content about illegal trade in drugs, weapons, people and other prohibited goods.
3.Photos and voices of real people
3.1.Upload photos, video and voice only of yourself or of people who have agreed. Photos of children only if you are their parent or legal guardian.
3.2.You must not use trends, scenes or photo editing to humiliate a person, put them in an intimate or compromising situation, or make it look as if they did something they did not do.
3.3.You must not use the Service to recognise or identify people by their face, to track them or to profile them.
4.Rules for using the Service
4.1.You must not circumvent safety filters (including by “jailbreaks”), limits or abuse protection.
4.2.You must not scrape the Service, resell access, create accounts with bots, or abuse promotions and the referral program.
4.3.You must not present AI Outputs as human-made where this misleads people — for example in education, journalism or elections — if the law or applicable rules require disclosure.
4.4.If you use Outputs for decisions that significantly affect people (hiring, credit, housing, healthcare, education), a human must review the decision.
5.Showcase publications
5.1.Outputs you publish in the Service showcase are visible to other users. Publish only what complies with this Policy.
5.2.We may review publications and remove them without prior notice if they breach this Policy or the law.
6.How we monitor compliance
6.1.Requests and Outputs are automatically checked by safety filters — ours and those of model developers. Models refuse some requests.
6.2.We do not read your conversations out of curiosity. Staff may view content only as far as needed to review a report or a filter signal, investigate abuse, or when required by law.
7.What we do about violations
7.1.Depending on how serious and repeated the violation is, we may: warn you, remove content, refuse a request, restrict features, or temporarily block or close your account.
7.2.We report child sexual abuse material, real threats to life and other serious violations to the competent authorities as required by law.
7.3.Energy refunds on account closure follow the Terms of Service and Payments and Refunds.
8.Reports and appeals
8.1.You can report a violation to support@headora.ai. Describe the problem and include a link or a screenshot.
8.2.If you disagree with our decision about your content or account, write to us within 30 days. A staff member who did not make the original decision will review it, and we will tell you the result.
