1.Our approach

1.1.We respect the rights of authors and other rights holders and expect our users to do the same. This procedure applies to content that users post in the Service or publish in the showcase, and to any other material on headora.ai.

2.How to submit a complaint

2.1.Send your complaint to support@headora.ai with the subject “Rights infringement complaint”. Include:

  • your name, contact details and, if you act for a rights holder, the basis of your authority;
  • which work or right is infringed (link, description, trademark registration number);
  • where the disputed material is in the Service (link, screenshot);
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unlawful and that the information in the complaint is accurate;
  • your signature (a typed name in the e-mail is acceptable).

2.2.We may ask you to complete an incomplete complaint. A knowingly false complaint may lead to liability under the law.

3.What we do

3.1.We acknowledge the complaint, review it and, if it is justified, remove the material or restrict access to it.

3.2.We tell the user who posted the material about the removal and the reason, unless the law prohibits it.

4.Counter-notice

4.1.If you believe your material was removed by mistake, write to support@headora.ai: what was removed, why you think it was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to us forwarding your notice to the complainant.

4.2.If the complainant does not confirm within a reasonable time that they have gone to court or another competent authority, we may restore the material.

5.Repeat infringers

5.1.We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

6.Other complaints

6.1.The same address accepts complaints about misuse of a person’s image or voice, defamation, disclosure of personal data and other unlawful content. Complaints about breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy are handled as described there.
